Tawny gives her characters so much life and appeal to her readers. I become enthralled with her stories because her characters come to life and jump off the page. She even accomplishes this in her novellas. “A SEAL’s Proposal” is no exception. You get to feel Bryanna’s frustration, fear and anguish over Sam becoming a SEAL and leaving her behind. But you also feel her pride for all that he has accomplished and what he has become since he has been in the Navy. Sam does realize what an amazing woman Bryanna is and that she is his stabilizer in his life. But like some men he is a bit slow on recognizing Bryanna’s insecurities. Of course as with all of Tawny’s books that I have had the fortune to read the love between her characters can be felt as intensely as the wild, hot, sensual, and sweet sex.
